Hello, and welcome to the forum. Core-TAR ehl CESS-ped. Roll the Rs slightly, and the 'ped' is pronounced like the 'ped' in 'pedestrian'. It is difficult to spell out the English way how to pronounce words in Spanish because it almost inevitably suggests a pronunciation of the words with an English accent. The best thing to do is work on learning how the letters sound in Spanish. Spelling is pretty phonetic in Spanish, so once you know how the letters sound there aren't many options for how to pronounce the word.
