Do you mean, "slang term term for black coffee? Please take the time to write your question properly. - Brynleigh, Sep 19, 2010
Actually, "coffee, black" is correct, technically, implying "coffee that is prepared in such a way as to be black" (while "black coffee" more directly denotes "coffee that is black"), though the "coffee, black" construction is much more uncommon. - Soninmyeyes, Nov 7, 2010

Chanate is currently a slang term used in prisons to exclusively refer to coffee. At one time it was a slang term used by a certain group of people to identify another certain group of people.
