It could be translated as it was in latin america, something like "super engórdame", or you could also translate it as "hazme supergrande/supergordo".

Supersize is a term McDonald's invented. As a noun, it means the size larger than large (like your french fries come in small, medium, large and supersized). As a verb, it means convert everything in your order to the supersize size. - webdunce, Sep 19, 2010
