Diligencia de Remisión

Hello!
I´m translating a police report and I have the heading, Diligencia de Remisión. I know that diligencia is proceedings but I don't know if there's a set phrase in English when followed by remisión. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry my Spanish won't let me say this with any certainty, but if you are dealing with a report involving 2 different agencies, I suspect you have Transfer Proceedings.
