The english translation is: I am about as prepared as I will ever be.

Is the question correct for the spanish translation?

Gracias

We don't use those expressions in Spanish, but you can say more or less the same thing with: "Estoy más preparado que nunca", though this has a connotation of comparing your current state to any time in the past, rather than in the future. Despite that, it is used in a similar fashion that your original English expression.

No, it doesn't sound good. Try this one: "estoy tan preparado como lo pueda llegar a estar" and then you can say "nunca" to make that a literal translation
