Tortilla de patatas. Pues, no es un pastel exactamente, pero tiene la forma de un pastel. A really thin cake, anyway. I know it's not really a cake, but it's so delicious. And, I am suffering from what you might call a 'hankering.' I am stuck at college with only cafeteria food and cannot get tortilla de patatas out of my head.
