none of these is correct

the correct and widely used term is

la junta de educacion

Depends on what you want the translation to evoke. It could also be translated as:

consejo escolar, consejo de trustees or comité escolar meaning school board (in council capacity), board of trustees or school board(in committee capacity).

Welcome to the forum!

Since a "Board of Education" is really the "Board of Directors of X School District", a good translation would be "Consejo de Administración de Districto Escolar X".
