En el contexto: "Nos Habiamos Choleado Tanto". Trata de la discriminación en Peru... Pero no conozco el verbo cholear. Puede ser que sea jerga peruana?

You're right, it's from Peru.
I found this in the RAE dictionary:
cholear.
Perú Tratar a alguien despectivamente.

Cholo (from the same word) is also a derogatory term used in the USA denoting anyone from Latin America. It´s used, however, mostly among Spanish speakers themselves.
