Welcome to the forum. As a one-time teacher I know exactly your situation.
Mary-Jo-Adam was very close. I would have said:
Por favor, firme y devuelva a la escuela.

I'd say so, but I'd use the same form for both commands - firmar y devolver would work, I think. - KevinB, Sep 15, 2010
