I need to know how to convert time from a clock into Spanish

You are not really converting anything. Time in American and Spanish is the same. It is just expressed differently. I believe we have a lesson on expressing time (of day or la hora) in Spanish. Changing from Fahrenheit temperatures to Celsius involves a conversion.
There are also numerous online articles discussing Time in Spanish. There are also exercises online showing clock faces and asking you to express the time shown in Spanish.
Aside: In Spanish when talking about Time (clock) you are better off discussing the hour (la hora) as the word tiempo (time) in Spanish also refers to weather and verb tense.
