Tech-challanged member needs instructions--how to send link

I'm sorry to ask you this, but I can't figure this out. I invited a new person to join SpanishDict and she accepted and posted her first question yesterday. That's the good news...the bad news is that I'd love to send her links to previous discussions (like preterite vs imperfect, por vs. para etc...) but have no idea how to imbed the link into the answer or into the PM.

Thank you in advance.....do was have an I T dunce corner?

Same way you do a picture, Cathy!

Right beside the edit button, you see link? Click on it and then copy, and paste it into your message the same as you would a picture.

But instead of first clicking on the picture icon, you click on the globe icon.

If you want to send something that isn't in SD, like the results of a google search, etc, at the top of your page click, copy, and then paste the line that starts

That's very easy , just right click on the thread that you want to send it to her select copy link location and instead of pasting your link in the little icon box paste it in the world little icon smile
