First go to the reference section here and read the article on the verb ser.

Then think about the things that you want to say about that person.

Write them out in English, then if you need to, use the translator for a starting point to get your sentences.

Here is a starting point. In the present tense, the verb ser looks like this:

Yo soy--I am

Tu eres--you are

Él, ella Ud. es --he/she is, you (formal) are

Nosotros somos--we are

Ellos, ellas, Uds. son-- they are

So, if you are describing Carlos Mancia you would use the word "es"

Here's a start--- He is tall. Es alto.
