Welcome to the forum. We like to use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation here, since many members of the forum are trying to learn English.
It looks like you used gustan properly, but papas are feminine, so it should be las papas fritas.

You have already used the verb in your sentence.
However, las papas. It is you not "u" and sentence not "sentens"
