how do I say say it made me (insert adjective)?

For instance my dog made me angry because it ate my spanish homework. I tried the Spanishdict translator but the translation sounds off to me (me hizo enojar). Help?

No, that's right. Hacerse can be used that way. You could also use ponerse - Me puso enojado.
