I know you can say "don't start" like "No empieces con eso otra vez"... but what about "don't get me started with that again". No me empieces con eso ? Seems wierd gracias.....

Another option I use somewhat frequently is "¡No me toques ese tema!"

Some options to consider:
No me des cuerda (very colloquial, maybe only in Spain)
No me provoques (this one has to be used with the right intonation, or it will sound harsh)
