I am not certain exactly what you are asking. Are you looking for words like "mama" that are made up of the same sounds?
Pa + pa = papa
Fi + fi = fifi (typically a dog's name)
Do + do = dodo (a type of bird)
Gi + gi = Gigi (a girl's name)
