Actually that is translated as "¿has llegado a casa ya?. "¿Todavía estás en casa?" means "are you still at home?"

¿Aún no has llegado a casa?
Are you home yet in English can have two different meanings as you see from the answers.
Are you still at home?
or
Have you arrived at home yet?
It's one on those sentences in English that you must have context to understand.
