How do you write a letter in Espanól?

I saw this on my promotion exam last year and was stunned. But this year is my CXC (Like a huge exam, people in Caribbean should know). How do you set up a letter in Espanól? In terms of Format,Structure and Recipients. Thanks for the help. Love this site
