It is indeed a typo, I don't know the context of the sentence so the spelling could be slightly different depending on the intended meaning, but my guess is that he tried to say "cómo, no te entiendo yo a ti", "what?, I don't understand you"

The ati part could be a typing error whereby it should be a space then ti then it would be yo a ti me to you.
