Caminata corta

So if caminata means "long walk" then "caminata corta" must mean short long walk. I don't get it. Is there something that I am not seeing? Gracias..

DRAE says one definition of caminata = Viaje corto que se hace por diversión = short pleasure trip. So a caminata corta is a short, short pleasure trip, I guess.
