"Are Amy and I still invited?"
(This question has probably been asked before, but I have no idea what search terms to use, so please forgive me if it's redundant.)
This is a construction I never remember: "Are + [someone and someone] + [verb-ed]?" as in, "Are Amy and I still invited?" I've got about ten different ideas about how to say it, but none of them sound quite right.

"¿Todavía estamos invitadas Amy y yo?" This is correct.
"¿Todavía estamos invitadas Amy y yo a visitar?" Grammatically correct, but odd. I'd say ""¿Todavía estamos invitadas Amy y yo a tu casa/fiesta/recepción?", or wherever you are to, if you want to include the place or event..
"Amy y yo corremos cada mañana" This is also correct. Another way to say the same would be: "Amy y yo corremos todas las mañanas" .
Heidita: "¿Todavía estamos invitadas Amy y yo?" is my best guess. (And if I wanted to say, "Are Amy and I still invited to visit?" ... would that be, "¿Todavía estamos invitadas Amy y yo a visitar?")
For that matter, I'm also unsure about saying things like, "Amy and I run every morning." Would it be... "Amy y yo corremos cada mañana?"
HI soni, why not give us one of the ten ideas you have? ![]()
