How would you say this in spanish?

It´s probably a regional thing. In Mexico, it would be "las primeras cuatro semanas." The other way, for me, sounds strange.

Actually, I see that both are used. I'm wondering if there is a subtle difference in meaning? I wish I could find the old thread.

You can just translate word by word. The only difference is the order: I think is more common to say first the cardinal numbers and then the ordinals. I mean, you would first say "four" and then "first". I guess rest you can get it on your own....

Edit: there's always someone faster than me (-.-"

But I would say it sound better las cuatro primeras semanas instead of las primeras cuatro semanas...
