I agree with Lazarus that "debes quedar quieta" sounds very strange. I would have expected the speaker to say "quedarte". The other possibility is that the speaker said: "te debes quedar quieta"; which works fine to mean: "You must be still".

Which brings about another point, in the show they said "debes quedar quieta" and I think it should be "debes quedarte quieta" I guess it's creative control though. NI modo.
"Quedar quieta" is extremely unusual in relaxed spoken Spanish -to most people it will even sound wrong without "estate". In written Spanish it has a strange sound to it which can only be interpreted as formal and literary.
Sounds to me like a Mom saying "Be still. Quit fidgeting"
tranquilo, I think would be more of remaining in the same emotional state.
But I imagine either could be used in both contexts.
