I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about the Spanish word for "coordinator"? For some nouns in Spanish, there is only one gender. The adjectives that follow the noun, if there are any, can be gendered depending on whether you're talking about a male or female. Is this what you were looking for?

Yes, I was looking for the word coordinator in Spanish. I just wanted to know if the word was gendered or if its just one word for all. Thanks for the explination. - Misabi, Sep 8, 2010

You just add an "a" to differentiate a male coordinator (coordinador) from a female coordinator (coordinadora) but, you can say coordinador to both of them.
