Yes, by reading and listening, and I'm not joking. While it might take a little bit longer than memorising the grammatical rules, you'll be learning a tremendous vocabulary in the meantime, and you'll be able to cope with more verbs in the end and you'll be less likely to make foreign mistakes. So keep reading and listening.
