Writing an email to my host family....please help translate!
I'm writing an email to my host family. I received an email from my exchange program asking for my travel arrangements to the orientation weekend in a different city, and I don't know if I'm supposed to book something this week before I arrive. Here's what I need translated (I'm writing to my family, so obviously I want it slightly informal):
Do you think these arrangements need to be made before I arrive, or should I just wait until I get there? If you think it needs to be done before I arrive, can you please advise me on what to do?

Given that you've answered this post, I feel I must point out some spelling errors, in the event the questioner uses your answer.
Nos vemos pronto was not asked for, and I think "besos" is perhaps a little too informal.
