How do I update my profile???

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Click on your name to go to the proper page. At the top, you will see a "Profile" tab in the top left. Click on that and then on "edit profile" which is in blue.

Let us know if you have any problems doing this.

Um. Help?

I've loaded an avatar with no problem, but now my profile seems to have frozen on July 15, which might be when I did the avatar - I can't remember, but I think that's the case.

Anyway, I have tried several times to add info, and just done it again, doing exactly as you said: profile; edit, fill boxes - and then hitting the green button at the bottom. It says it's requesting something from SD, and then - nothing. (unlike the day I added the pic, when it stated that the change had been successful).

The info remains in the boxes, but when I return to the profile, it's blank.

When I return to the edit page, the boxes are blank, although the memory is there, because as soon as I start typing, it autofills with my old answers.

I'm completely baffled. Sorry!
