No queda absolutamente nada

No queda absolutamente nada

There is absolutely nothing left? What about "ya no queda absolutamente nada de mí mismo". I have nothing of myself left now? I don't get it. What about "No falta absolutamente nada" There is nothing missing? Gracias.

my interpretations: No queda absolutamente nada -Absolutely nothing left (not remain absolutely nothing) ya no queda absolutamente nada de mí mismo - There's absolutely nothing left of me already (already absolutely nothing remains of myself) No falta absolutamente nada - There is absolutely nothing missing. (Not remains absolutely nothing)

It's more about the mi mismo, or why it's not "me queda" = left to me. Gracias.

The verb Quedar has many uses. One of them signifies to have something remaining/left.

Me quedan tres cartas por escribir: I have three letters left to write

An expression I particularly like: No me queda más remedio: I have no choice, no alternative. No choice remains to me, is left to me.

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, that is, why is quedar used as it is in your sentence?

El problema es que no entiendo nada de lo que escribé, o sea, lo que he escrito aún es un misterio para mí. Es decir que me resulta un misterio lo que significa "ya no queda absolutamente nada de mí mismo" y lo demás. Gracias de costumbre.
