I know how to use de in a sentence but, can I get some ex. for desde.

Here are some examples:
Vivo aquí desde febrero / desde el año pasado.
Yo lo sabía desde el principio.
Desde que te conozco, no pienso en nadie más.
Here desde could be translated as since and you couldn't use de.

You may also need to use desde to prevent ambiguity: Saqué fotos de la torre. (I took pictures of the tower.) Saqué fotos desde la torre. (I took pictures from the tower.)
