Think about the verb that you need to use.

When you are ready.

Cuando _______ listo/a.

That distinction between "when" and "whenever" is generally made by using "cuando" with indicative or subjunctive in Spanish. Care to try now?

Much closer. You just need the subjunctive form of estar because you don't know when it's going to happen. - MacFadden, Sep 5, 2010
and please don't forget the accent for 'estar'. - Jack-OBrien, Sep 5, 2010
