I don't remember exactly from my math in Spanish days, but that paragon of reliability (!) Wikipedia calls a box plot un diagrama de caja. I'll keep looking around to confirm this, though.
Update: Okay, yes, it appears that people do actually call it un diagrama de caja. I found this YouTube video of a guy explaining how to do one, and he calls it un diagrama de caja.
