Flash player problem: no controls?

Hello all,
I've been using the "Learn Spanish" video lessons for a while without any problem but today when I open any of the videos they all play without any control (no play/pause, no volume control, no rewind - nothing at all, video just plays by itself).
I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, Flash player 10 installed. Same story on both of my PCs (XP & Win7). Yesterday it all worked.
Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

Today it all works again (without me doing anything). Probably spanishdict has changed the player (I noticed the controls now look differently) and it was some sort of transitional error...

I had the same problem. I fixed it by downloading a new version of Firefox.
