Help with comprehension?

Okay, I THINK that I understand the assignment, but I'm just making sure. What I think it is asking for me to do is write a three paragraph essay about the benefits of being familiar with/knowing emotions in an interview. Now, this doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, so I feel like I'm missing a key piece (where I think these might be are bolded, so translations are always welcome). This is what the actual assignment is:

Ensayo:

¿Cómo usarías tú el conocimiento de la inteligencia emocional para el beneficio de una entrevista para un trabajo?

Guía para escribir

•    3 párrafos
  

•    Usar las dos fuentes y un ejemplo personal
  

•    Párrafo 1: ¿Qué es la **inteligencia emocional**? ¿Por qué es importante? ¿Para que se usa?
  

•    Párrafo 2: ¿Cuál era el **comportamiento** de Einstein? ¿Cómo reaccionaba las personas **alrededor** de él? ¿Qué principio de inteligencia emocional tenía Einstein y como podría usarlo para su beneficio?
  

•    Párrafo 3: Da dos ejemplos de cómo usarías los principios de inteligencia emocional.
  

Mainly I just need to know if I am on the right track, so please point me in the right direction =]

I would add that "emotional intelligence" is something of a buzzword in management psychology in the U.S. You might want to do a search on that English phrase before you write your essay, to learn a bit more about how the phrase is used.

Okay, so as it turns out, 'emotional intelligence" is actually a reference to an experiment that Einstein did. Now I have the source I need and its turned in, but a appreciate the help. =]

I'd say it's not just writing about its benefits, but how would you use that knowledge on emotions to make the most of the interview. Does it make it clearer?
