I am going to a Hispanic music festival this weekend and there is going to be music and some speeches in Spanish. If I wanted to ask someone for example "what did he say?" would i be corrrect in using que se dice?

¿Qué dijo él? or simply ¿Qué dijo?
¿Qué se dice? is translated by the translator as What do they say? (which looks correct).
