The possessive adjectives mentioned in Joshua's link are what are called short form possessive adjectives

mi(s), tu(s), su(s), nuestr@(s), vuestr@(s), sus

Be aware that there are also long form possessive adjectives. mía(s), tuya(s), suya(s)

Short form:

Mi casa

long form:

la casa mía
