I think it would be something like "Güey" (dude), not "Guay", but again, some more context would be helpful...

Well it could either mean:
Guay, dime = Cool, tell me...
or Guey, dime = tell me dude /Dude tell me....
but as Loa correctly says we need some more context to be sure
