I start with a word and use it in a sentence. The next person has to make up a word that starts with the first persons last letter. so if my word was Hola, then the next person would have to make up a word that started with an a.

Entonces, David puede pasar la aspiradora.
Now you have to start with an a because my word ended with an a.
