Tener esfuerzos
I know esfuerzo is effort but, I don't get this usage. ¿Oye, no tienes esfuerzos? Is that like, you don't have the energy? Gracias.

This one doesn't make sense to me. Are you able to provide more context? "Oye no tienes esfuerzos?" is something I have never heard.
Ok I'm watching this one - you often bring colloquial expressions and I think this must be one because 'hacer un esfuerzo' is 'to make an effort' and 'fuerzas' is more like strength. So shouldn't they be using 'fuerzas' where they are using esfuerzo?
