Sobrar is to be left over. Motivos are reasons. Seemed like the context was "I've nothing left to lose, I've no more reasons, they've left me no more reasons" but I just really don't get it. Gracias.

Ah, you're way off on this one. "Me sobran los motivos" means "I have plenty of reasons" for something.
"Me sobran los motivos para detestar ese restarurant" - "I have plenty of reasons to hate that restaurant".
"Me sobran los motivos para estar molesto contigo" -"I have plenty of reasons to be annoyed with you".
"Me sobran los motivos para sentirme orgullosa de mis Ancestros y mi Cultura." - "I have plenty of reasons to feel proud of my ancestors and my culture".
Me sobran: I have an excess, more than plenty.
