Estar locationally autosets to "here"

Just a review, I learned this long ago. When using estar in a phrase without indicating location, it autosets to "here" correct? As in "Ya estamos todos". = "Ya estamos todos aquí" or "no está" = "no está aquí" or "ya estoy" = "ya estoy aquí" or "no están" = they are not here. Gracias.
