¿Cómo se llama su profesora?
Literally, "How/what does your teacher call herself", or "How does one
call your teacher" but figuratively "What is your teacher's name?"
Se llama la Sra. Gonzales. (she calls herself or one calls her or more commonly Her name is Mrs. Gonzales.)
¿Cómo se llama? and ¿Cuál es su nombre? state it differently literally, but figuratively they are both saying "What is your name?"

Well its saying , That her same is Su Teacher ? so it does not make too much sense. unless I have got it wrong.
