It´s a bad translation of "how do you say, hello young lady, how are you, in English.

I'm not sure what it all says I can understand some. The "Hacer" part of it i'm not sure about I think it means to do something. The other part off it "Hola..." , that mean Hello ma`am how are you ? In English.
