Future tense vs. Infinitive + Pronoun
¿Cuál es mejor?
Oye amigo, esto te dolerá más que yo.
Oye amigo, esto te va a doler más que yo.
Oye amigo, esto va a dolerte más que yo. Accent? Where is the stress?
Listen buddy, this is going to hurt you more than me.

You are writing "...hurt more than I". You should say "a mí", like you do in English with "me" because of the preposition (similar rule in both languages).
The first one (after the fix) is possible, but I'd rather go for the second. The third one is the same but with an alternative order. The accents are fine, but in Spanish is "acento", with one C.
Oye amigo, esto te va a doler a ti más que a mi
