I would say bueno in this sentence doesn't mean good, but ok (¿quieres más agua? - bueno = would you like more water? - ok)
Hago is the present of hacer and lo is a direct object. So lo hago means I do it
Well, mañana is tomorrow, there isn't much more to say.
And va at the end of a sentence, although it comes from the verb ir (to go), it wouldn't be translated as "does it go?" but as is it ok?. Va is commonly used among young people and you can use it as a question (te llamo mañana, ¿va? = I'll phone you tomorrow, ok?) or as an aswer to say you agree (¿te llamo mañana? - va = shall I phone you tomorrow? - ok). I think va was mainly used in Spain, but I'm not sure about that.
So, to sum up, Bueno, lo hago mañana, ¿va? would mean something like Ok, I'll do it tomorrow, ok?
