I thought it meant, What will you do? But then the answer doesn't make sense. Could someone translate it for me. Thanks

Second part, Yo lo llevo adentro, seems like "lo llevo adentro del corazón" which is like, I carry it inside my heart, inside of myself. I wonder if that lo could be him though, that would explain a relationship, if a girl is asking a friend....... what will we do? He is a part of me...... but that's just my take and it could be wrong.
