Here's another way to get your first badge....fill out all of your profile information on SpanishDict.
The more active you are on the Forum, the more that you can offer help and advice to the other members, the faster the badges rack up. Of course, the best way to get on the fast track is to become so knowlegable in Spanish that you can give reliable answers to those who know less than you do.
