Hola,
Alaina, if pronounced as a Spanish word, would be, ah-lah-ee-nah. If pronounced as an English word, probably uh-lain-uh

It´s not a common name, so there´s no hard and fast translation. If the "ai" is pronounced like a long "I", then I would just keep the spelling the same.
