What is the difference between "te amo" and "os amo" ?
It would be great if someone could explain to me when either of these 2 phrases is used best.

They both mean I love you. Te amo is when you're talking to one person, Os amo is when you're talking to more than one person. Os amo is really only used in Spain. In Latin America you'd say Los amo to a group.
I agree that it is mainly used in Spain but in Latin America I would use Los Amos instead of Les amos.
