Looks like homework. You must post your attempt first.

Hint: I give you the English, figure out which tense you would use in English, then formulate your Spanish answer.

Te cepillaste los dientes después de comer?"

Did you brush your teeth after eating?

¿Se ponen sombreros los turistas cuando van a la playa?"

Do tourists put on [wear] hats when they go to the beach?

OK, Here are the questions then my try, are they right or where do I go wrong

Q. Te cepillaste los dientes después de comer?

Sí, me cepillo los dientes después de comer.

Q.¿Se ponen sombreros los turistas cuando van a la playa?

Sí, se ponen sombreros los turistas cuando van a la playa.

Good try. The first question was asked in the preterite tense, so you have to respond in the preterite. Me cepillo is present tense. It should be Me cepillé. The second one just needs the order reversed - Sí, los turistas se ponen.... Usually in Spanish you put the subject (los turistas) before the verb (ponerse) in statements, and the other way around in questions.

Welcome to the forum. I'm afraid we're not supposed to do other people's homework. If you give it a shot and post your results we'd love to help, though.
