what is 'do you have a restroom?'

well, you know when you're in a foriegn country, and you need the loo, how do you ask the native's???

Click on Translation and type in the phrase and Voilá, you´ll have have ¿Tiene un baño?

The respondant could then possibly say, "but you can´t use it," so better to ask, "¿Donde está el baño?" After all, this is serious business

¿Dónde estan los servicios? or los aseos if you are in a public place, if you are in a private household it is ¿Puedo usar el cuarto de baño por favor? or I suppose you could say el lavabo.
